Finding Your Perfect Fit

Check Your Fit
The underband should feel snug and secure without digging in. You should be able to comfortably slide two fingers underneath. Straps should sit securely without digging into your shoulders.

Between Sizes?
If your bust measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit, or the smaller size for a firmer fit.

Compression & Support
High-impact styles are designed to feel more secure than low-impact styles. A snug fit is normal, but your sports bra should never feel restrictive or uncomfortable.
