Free shipping on soft goods to UK, no minimum order value, via Royal Mail standard delivery (2nd class).

INTERNATIONAL
EU: Free shipment on soft goods on orders valued at £110 or higher.

US, Canada and Mexico
: Free shipment on soft goods on order values at £110 or higher.

Rest of World: Free shipment on soft goods on order values at £110 or higher.

Please note: all international orders (outside the UK) are shipped via DHL. Standard Import and VAT duties apply, as detailed below.


DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Non-EU Customers:

Customs and International Duty Tariffs

Deliveries outside the UK are shipped through DHL and usually arrive within 4 to 6 days.

The delivery charge is calculated automatically during the checkout process.

We sometimes need an additional 1-2 days to prepare an item for despatch to non-UK locations.

Orders delivered to non-UK addresses - this includes EU countries - may be subject to import duties and taxes when the package reaches your country.

Icon Sports is not responsible for these charges and we cannot predict what they might be so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

EU Customers:

Brexit

Some good Brexit news at last! A trade deal was approved by the UK and European Union on Christmas Eve 2020.

We will continue shipping to the EU and have chosen to partner with DHL to ensure a quick and efficient service, at a fair price, with no or minimal import duties. Having considered other couriers, we believe this will be the quickest and most efficient delivery method for our customers.

UK VAT @ 20% not charged:

When you check out and select a delivery country in the EU, the 20% UK VAT is automatically deducted from your order total. No need for VAT refunds as this is done automatically. 

How Will Delivery Work from ICON to our EU Customers?

1. We will despatch your order as normal and complete ALL the required customs forms electronically. You will not have to do anything extra.

2. You will receive tracking information via email that will allow you to track the order to your door. When your order arrives in the destination country, you will have to pay your country-specific VAT & any import duty. The courier will contact you via text or email with the instructions on how to do this.

3. The process is very quick and your order will be delivered to you as soon as your country-specific VAT is paid.

    VAT and Import Duties 

    Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout and does not include VAT or import duties that are applicable to the destination country. You will have to pay the VAT & any duties direct.

    In most cases your VAT charge will be roughly equivalent to that of the UK (which we automatically deduct from your order).  UK VAT is 20% and most EU countries are between 20% and 23%. If you are unsure of the VAT rate in your country, you can find that here. 

    Import duties are slightly more complicated.  They are based on the country of origin where the goods are manufactured. For goods manufactured in the EU or UK, you will pay no import duty. For goods made outside the EU / UK, you may pay an additional import duty. 

    We have no control over local country-specific VAT or import duties.

    Advanced Payment Handling Charge

    We are aware that some countries within the EU are charging an advanced payment handling charge. This is due to the courier having to pay the VAT and customs duties in advance. These are paid by the courier and then the courier will charge the recipient.

    Please note this may add an additional €14.50 handling charge to any orders. This charge is NOT made by ICON Sports, it will be included on the VAT & import duty invoice you receive from the courier.

    Will there be any delivery delays to the EU? 

    Due to additional requirements by local customs authorities for deliveries to the EU, some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.  We have chosen to work with DHL to reduce any delays.

     

    RETURNS

    We are committed to selling high-quality products and hope you will get hours of fun using them. However, we also realise that for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

    UK Customers:

    Unused items can be returned in new, fully resaleable condition (undamaged, complete with original tags and original packing) within 7 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding postage). If you wish to exchange your item for a larger size etc. - simply post it back with a note explaining which size you require, and contact details. *

    *We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged or lost in the post.

    Used items for repair MUST be cleaned and dry before return, or will incur a £20 cleaning/drying charge. Please send your returns and exchanges with a brief note which should contain your contact details.

    International Customers:

    Packages being returned from outside UK should be clearly marked 'Goods for Exchange' or 'Goods for Repair' or 'Goods for Refund' (select appropriate) and marked as having ZERO VALUE, for Customs duty purposes.

    Courier items incur handling, duty clearance and VAT charges. We cannot sign for or accept return/repair/exchange packages sent by courier unless this form of delivery has been agreed by us.

    Hand Built Composite Items:

    Due to their bespoke nature, these items can only be returned in the event of faulty manufacture. Deposits on hand built bespoke orders are non-refundable.
